Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy for cancellations, refunds, and changes

We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both travelers and our partner tour operators.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Unless a tour-specific policy is displayed, the following tiered refund applies to all bookings:

| 15–29 days | 50% refund |
| Less than 15 days | No refund |

2. Tour-Specific Policies
Some tours — particularly luxury international tours, peak-season departures, and special events — may have stricter cancellation terms set by the operator. These will be clearly displayed on the tour detail page before you book and during checkout.
3. How to Cancel
- Log in to your customer account
- Go to My Bookings
- Click Cancel on the booking you want to cancel
- Provide a brief reason for cancellation
- Confirm cancellation
Alternatively, email us with your booking code at the address listed in our footer.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of cancellation approval
- Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
- If you do not see the refund within 14 days, please contact us
5. Cancellation by the Tour Operator
If a tour is cancelled by the operator due to insufficient minimum group size, adverse weather or natural disasters, political unrest or safety concerns, or force majeure — you will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, including platform fees.
We are not responsible for additional expenses such as flights, visas, hotel bookings outside our platform, or insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
6. Date Changes
You may request a date change up to 30 days before departure, subject to availability. A small change fee may apply. Date changes within 30 days of departure are treated as cancellations.
7. Partial Cancellations
If only some travelers in a group booking cancel, refunds for those travelers follow the same tiered schedule. Note that the per-person price may increase for remaining travelers due to the loss of group discounts or single supplement charges.
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Visa fees
- Travel insurance premiums
- Already-rendered services (e.g. completed tour days)
- Third-party flight tickets booked with non-refundable fares
- Bank/payment gateway transaction fees
9. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, please reply to our email or contact us within 7 days of being notified. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
