1. About Us

Tour Guide Experts operates as a marketplace connecting travelers with verified third-party tour operators and travel agents. We facilitate bookings but do not directly operate the tours unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally authorized to make travel bookings on behalf of yourself and any accompanying travelers.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the tour operator
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• A small platform fee is added to each booking — shown as a separate line item at checkout
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless deposit-based payment is specifically offered
• Payments are processed by secure third-party gateways
• Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email and PDF voucher

4. Pricing

We strive to display accurate prices, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a tour you have booked, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Cancellation by You

Cancellation refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Tour-specific cancellation policies may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

6. Cancellation by Operator

If a tour is cancelled by the operator due to insufficient bookings, weather, force majeure, or other reasons, you will be offered:

• A full refund of the amount paid, OR
• Rescheduling to alternative dates, OR
• Credit toward another tour

We are not liable for additional expenses (flights, visas, etc.) incurred due to operator-initiated cancellations.

7. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport (6+ months validity for international travel), all required visas, adequate travel insurance, and necessary vaccinations and health certificates.

8. Conduct During the Tour

You agree to behave responsibly and respect local customs, laws, and the safety of fellow travelers. The tour operator reserves the right to remove anyone whose behavior endangers others or breaches local laws, without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tour Guide Experts acts as an intermediary between travelers and tour operators. While we vet our partners carefully, we are not liable for acts or omissions of tour operators, hotels, or transportation providers; loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by force majeure; or personal injury, illness, or property damage during the tour.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the booking in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Tour Guide Experts or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
